Step 1: Download your City Intimation Slip

This slip only tells you your allotted exam city, date, and shift — it is not your final admit card and cannot be used to enter the exam center. It's released roughly 9-10 days before your specific exam date, so candidates with later August exam dates will see their slip appear later, in phases.

1. Visit rrb.digialm.com or your respective regional RRB website
2. Click on "CEN 09/2025 (RRB Group D) – Exam City Intimation Slip"
3. Log in with your Registration Number and Date of Birth/Password
4. Complete the captcha and click Login
5. Your allotted exam city, date, and shift will appear — download and save it

Step 2: Download your Admit Card (Hall Ticket)

The actual admit card (e-Call Letter) is released about 4 days before your specific exam date, starting from 30 July 2026 for the earliest batch.

1. Visit rrb.digialm.com or your regional RRB website (e.g. rrbguwahati.gov.in for NFR candidates)
2. Click on the "RRB Group D CEN 09/2025 Admit Card" link
3. Log in using your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth
4. Download the admit card and take at least 2 printed copies
5. Carry the admit card along with a valid original photo ID to the exam center — no candidate is allowed entry without both

Important notes for exam day

• Study material, books, notes, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam center
• SC/ST candidates eligible for Travel Authority (TA) can download it from the same candidate login portal, wherever applicable
• Reach the exam center well in advance — reporting times are typically 60-90 minutes before the shift start
• Cross-check your name, photo, exam city, and shift details on both the city slip and admit card, and report any discrepancy to RRB through official channels immediately
